Board Types
Each board serves a specific purpose in your feedback workflow:

Board Settings
Configure boards to match your workflow:

| Privacy | Public (customer access) or Private (team only) |
| Visibility | Show/hide in portal navigation |
| Anonymous posts | Allow submissions without sign-in |
| Comments | Enable/disable discussion |
Create a Board
- Navigate to Settings → Boards
- Click Create board
- Set name and unique slug
- Choose board type
- Configure privacy and options
- Save changes
Roadmap Statuses
Roadmap boards include default statuses:
- Pending – New requests awaiting review
- Review – Under consideration
- Planned – Committed to building
- Progress – Currently being worked on
- Completed – Shipped and available
- Closed – Won't be implemented
Customize status names, colors, and order in board settings.
Organization Tips
Create separate boards for:
- Different product areas (Mobile, Web, API)
- Customer segments (Enterprise, SMB)
- Internal vs. external feedback
- Content types (feedback, roadmap, changelog)
