Create boards

Organize feedback into focused boards for different purposes.

Board Types

Each board serves a specific purpose in your feedback workflow:

Board Settings

Configure boards to match your workflow:

Create a Board

  1. Navigate to Settings → Boards
  2. Click Create board
  3. Set name and unique slug
  4. Choose board type
  5. Configure privacy and options
  6. Save changes

Roadmap Statuses

Roadmap boards include default statuses:

  • Pending – New requests awaiting review
  • Review – Under consideration
  • Planned – Committed to building
  • Progress – Currently being worked on
  • Completed – Shipped and available
  • Closed – Won't be implemented

Customize status names, colors, and order in board settings.

Organization Tips

Create separate boards for:

  • Different product areas (Mobile, Web, API)
  • Customer segments (Enterprise, SMB)
  • Internal vs. external feedback
  • Content types (feedback, roadmap, changelog)
