Publish updates

Share release notes through your changelog.

Changelog

Changelog is a built-in workspace section. Open it from the sidebar or at yourproduct.featul.com/changelog when it is visible on the public site.

Show or hide it on the public portal and widget from Settings → Changelog.

Create an entry

  1. Open Changelog in the workspace sidebar
  2. Click Create Entry
  3. Add a title and content
  4. Optionally add tags and a cover image
  5. Publish, or save as a draft

You can use AI assist in the editor to draft or rewrite an entry, including from existing feedback posts.

Tags

Create your own changelog tags in Settings → Changelog (for example Feature, Fix, or Improvement). Tags are empty until you add them.

RSS

Customers can follow updates in any RSS reader:

If you connect a custom domain, the feed is https://feedback.yourdomain.com/changelog/feed.xml. Copy the URL from Settings → Changelog.

Public URLs

Your changelog is available at:

  • Workspace subdomain: yourproduct.featul.com/changelog
  • Custom domain: feedback.yourdomain.com/changelog
