Content Types
Organize updates with descriptive tags:

Create Changelog Entry
- Navigate to Changelog board
- Click New entry
- Complete details:
- Title – Clear headline for the update
- Content – Explain what changed and why
- Tags – Select appropriate category
- Publish
Entries appear chronologically on your changelog board.
Connect to Feedback
Close the feedback loop:
- Update original request roadmap status to Completed
- Reference the request in changelog content
- Link to original feedback post
This shows customers their input directly influenced product development.

Customers can subscribe to updates or check the changelog directly.
