Collect feedback from visitors without requiring an account.
Anonymous submissions
Let visitors submit and vote without creating an account. This lowers friction on public boards and the embed widget.
Configuration
Enable guest submissions from Settings → Board Settings:
- Open Settings → Board Settings
- Turn on Enable anonymous submissions
- Optionally keep Enable comments on if guests should discuss posts
Guests are tracked with a browser fingerprint so they can vote and comment without an account. Signed-in users are attributed to their profile, or to the identity you pass through the widget.
Moderation
Keep boards clean with the tools in the workspace:

| Spam | Flag unwanted posts or comments |
| Reports | Review user-submitted reports |
| Merge | Combine duplicate requests |
There is no separate approval queue. New posts go live according to your board settings.
When to enable
Guest feedback works well for:
- Public feature request boards
- Marketing pages capturing visitor input
- Low-friction in-app widgets
When to require sign-in
Turn anonymous submissions off when:
- You need to follow up with a specific person
- The board covers sensitive topics
- You are seeing abuse
- Feedback should be tied to a customer account
