Getting Started
Turn feedback into a public or private roadmap.
Roadmap
Roadmap is a built-in workspace view, not a board you create. Open it from the sidebar or at yourproduct.featul.com/roadmap when it is visible on the public site.
Show or hide it on the public portal and widget from Settings → Feedback.
Status columns
Requests on the roadmap use these statuses:
| Status | Purpose |
|---|---|
| Pending | New requests awaiting review |
| Review | Under team consideration |
| Planned | Committed to development |
| Progress | Currently being built |
| Completed | Shipped |
| Closed | Will not be implemented |
Manage roadmap items
Update status by:
- Dragging cards between columns
- Changing status on an individual request
Pin important items so they stay visible at the top of a column.
Public vs internal
Keep the roadmap hidden while you groom the backlog, then turn Enable Roadmap on in Settings → Feedback when you are ready for customers to see it.
Close the loop
When work ships:
- Move the request to Completed
- Publish a changelog entry
That shows users their feedback led to a real product change.
