Hide member names on public boards while keeping them visible to your team.
Identity protection
Hide member names on the public site while your team still sees who submitted or commented. Guests already appear as anonymous.
How it works

Enable identity masking
- Go to Settings → Board Settings
- Turn on Hide public member names
Changes apply immediately on the public portal and widget.
Anonymous vs masked
These settings do different jobs:

You can use both: allow anonymous submissions, and hide member names for people who do sign in.
